In 2006 Sublime Dining was founded to fill the void for exceptional private dining experiences in the luxury ski chalets of France and Switzerland.
Since conception we have expanded from Ibiza to Singapore and beyond, whilst still retaining a personal and curated service to our long held client base. Although our roots are born from private chef services, we found ourselves serving a wedding breakfast at a remote farm in Wales, curating a small fine dining restaurant at a boutique music festival in Australia, serving aboard the most elite of super yachts worldwide and have graced the very finest private London residences.
Along the way trusted partnerships evolved and alliances were formed with truly brilliant and respected chefs, covering cuisines from Japan, South America, Europe and further afield, giving us an unparalleled pool of talent with the skillset to provide our outstanding and discreet service.
We have never lost sight of our passion and goal, to provide a truly Sublime Dining experience and create memories for our guests to cherish. All whilst respecting the work of the farmer and treating the best produce with the care it deserves.
