In 2006 Sublime Dining was founded to fill the void for exceptional private dining experiences in the luxury ski chalets of France and Switzerland.
Since conception we expanded from Ibiza to Singapore and beyond, whilst retaining a personal, curated service true to our roots, born from a love for discreet, locally sourced, beautifully crafted and faultlessly served food.
We have found ourselves serving a vegan wedding breakfast at a remote farm in Wales, curating a small fine dining restaurant at a boutique music festival in Australia and consulting to restaurants in both Europe and Thailand.
Along the way trusted partnerships and alliances have evolved with truly brilliant and respected chefs, covering cuisines from all corners of the globe and developing a pool of talent with the skillset to provide our outstanding and discreet service worldwide.
All whilst respecting the work of the farmer and treating the best produce with the care it deserves.
