Events & Pop-Ups

Over the years we have found ourselves in some incredible locations delivering unique dining experiences to adventurous guests. In 2015 we were invited to Australia to put on a fine dining tent at a music festival to see in the New Year of 2016. We fed 800 people over the three days to a backdrop of world class musicians and stunning Australian scenery in a valley with a river running through it.


During lockdown in May 2020, our Chef Patron, Simon Sutcliffe, found himself stranded on a beautiful island in Thailand. Unable to quench his need to create and cook, he teamed up with a French Bistro and served a six course pop-up menu to a sell-out crowd and great acclaim.


And way back in 2006, when Sublime Dining had just begun, we served surf and turf at 1500m above sea level from a BBQ to the ski and snowboard fraternity at the original, mountain party ‘ChamJam’.

We welcome all requests and enquiries, unusual and adventurous remits are catered to with as much vigour as the more conventional.


We do love a challenge. One memorable wedding was Wales in August of 2015 for Joe and Sarah-Jane. The request was to source all food from within a 5 mile radius, to be organic, with a focus on high quality vegan food served alongside lamb that was sourced from an adjacent field. We set up a kitchen in a tent next to a lake and served 100 people over 3 days in an idyllic location.
