Essentially, we are a chef service, but unique in many ways.
Sublime Dining was founded, back in 2006 at the legendary ski station Chamonix. Chef & patron Simon Sutcliffe began catering to a higher end chalet clientele that demanded a finer touch to their ski holidays. Over the next 15 years he moved on to villas and super yachts worldwide, whilst also furthering his experience in London and the fine dining restaurant scene.
This worldwide mix enabled a unique understanding of global food culture and opened up international access to magnificent chefs, produce and techniques.
Typically, life moves on. Now settled in London, UK, with access to the wonderful opportunity, produce and talented professionals that London offers, Sublime Dining are able to do what they do best - serve outstanding food, with style, and deliver to you a Sublime Dining experience.
Fine Dining Delivered
Ever wondered how fine dining restaurants manage to deliver delicious, fresh, beautifully plated food so efficiently, whilst consistently maintaining the high standards and never compromising on quality?
Within professional restaurant kitchens, food is prepared to a certain point, called ‘en place’ and then kept to one side until an order comes through for that product. When the order arrives, the chef will finish the dish, plate it and send it out to the dining room for the guests to devour.

Having worked within the private chef arena for over a decade, in some of the worlds finest homes, along side amazing & inspirational private household staff, it became apparent that a truly flexible dining service was needed to serve private homes.
A service that could deliver exceptional meals, targeted towards private households with a focus on quality, discretion and personalised preferences.

Events, Weddings & Pop-Ups
Over the years we have found ourselves in some incredible locations delivering unique dining experiences to adventurous guests. In 2015 we were invited to Australia to put on a fine dining tent at a music festival to see in the New Year of 2016. We fed 800 people over the three days to a backdrop of world class musicians and stunning Australian scenery in a valley with a river running through it.
